Dyson began his career in the furniture business while attending Baylor University, where he sold mattresses from the back of a truck using free or low-cost online ads. Later, he worked for his grandfather, Bob Mills, at Bob Mills Furniture, where he juggled roles as cashier and in the warehouse.
