Oklahoma’s tribes contribute heavily to the culture, economy, food and beverage of the state as some of its top employers and leaders in industry.

Whether restaurants serve traditional Indigenous foods or are modernized, choose to embrace other styles of cuisine, or are serving up coffee, beer or mixed drinks, Oklahoma’s Native American business owners have a lot to offer.

Here are some of Oklahoma’s Indigenous-owned restaurants, breweries and other food-centered businesses, their tribal affiliation and whether they are independent or tribal enterprises. Restaurants inside casinos are not included. The list is not all inclusive and may be updated with additional listings.
