Para climber reaches new heights after injury, wants others to join her

OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR ) — An Oklahoma City rock climber is back after winning her fourth national championship. Now, she has big goals to get to the 2028 Paralympics and grow the para climbing community in Oklahoma City.

“The battle’s not against my competitors, like the battle is about how well I do,” said Nat Vorel, a paraclimber.

Vorel is back in OKC after winning her fourth national championship for paraclimbing last weekend.
