A man was shot and killed by a Guthrie Police officer just after 12:30 p.m. on Friday, March 7, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI).
Authorities say officers were conducting a welfare check in the 1600 block of S. Division St. when they approached a man. Moments later, shots were fired.
