OPD Warns of Lottery Ticket Fraud

An Oklahoma man and a possible accomplice used stolen debit cards to purchase more than $75,000 worth of lottery tickets at gas stations across North Texas, including more than $8,000 spent at Olney- area locations, Olney Police Detective Autumn Thames said this week.

Todd C. Henry of Oklahoma City was captured on surveillance footage at All-Star Fuel, located at 311 E. Main St. in Olney, driving a black 2010 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck with Oklahoma license plate PUP790.

Detective Thames said Mr.. Henry used the stolen debit cards—which he may have purchased through the dark web—to buy thousands of dollars in lottery tickets at All-Star Fuel and the Shell gas station at 402 E. Main St. in Olney…
