GUTHRIE, Okla. ( KFOR ) — The Guthrie Police Department released the body camera footage after a woman was reportedly shot five times by her own husband on Saturday.
The body camera shows Larry Chandler sitting on a concrete slab while surrounded by police during a tense 45 minute stand off.
