OKLAHOMA CITY, (KOKH) — An Oklahoma County Detention Center employee has been fired and arrested following the recent death of an inmate.
The OCDC Criminal Investigation Division arrested Debbie Brinkley following an investigation into the recent inmate homicide on April 25.
