A Yukon woman is in the fight for her life after her insurance company denied coverage of a transplant she needs to survive.
Lacy Cornelius-Boyd has been fighting with the insurance company after sustaining severe injuries in a March 2024 car accident on a New Mexico highway while returning home from a family vacation to the Grand Canyon.
All her doctors said Lacy needs a small bowel transplant, to be performed at the Cleveland (Ohio) Clinic.
