Oklahoma County deputy stops driver going 133 mph on I-40

OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR ) – An Oklahoma County deputy stopped a driver going more than 70 mph over the speed limit on I-40.

According to the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office, the driver was going 133 mph in a 60 mph zone on I-40 near Pennsylvania Ave.

Officials say the driver asked for a warning. Instead, their car was impounded and they received a ticket for reckless driving.
