OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. (KOKH) — The Oklahoma County Detention Center failed another inspection with more than a dozen deficiencies found, including failed visual safety checks, failure to notify the state about a death in a timely manner, and medical service issues.
The inspection was conducted on May 7, and was an unannounced follow-up to the previous inspection from Dec. 11, 2024.
