OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A motorcyclist is dead following a crash Saturday morning near I-35 at the Dallas junction.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, troopers responded to the area near northbound I-35 at the Dallas junction at around 7:35 a.m. Saturday.
Authorities say two men were traveling by motorcycle, driving from Texas to Missouri to deliver ashes, when the driver lost control after hitting loose gravel as they were coming around a curve, causing the vehicle to drive up an embankment and hit a concrete retaining wall. The driver’s head struck the wall, and the bike rolled over.
The driver of the motorcycle died at the scene, while the passenger received a couple of scrapes and bruises…
