OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — 32-year-old Devin Damone Stallings was arrested Wednesday for killing 18-year-old Lyric Lewis in a shooting in Downtown Oklahoma City.
Lewis had been shot in the chest and later died at a nearby hospital.
