A Logan County man is facing serious charges after law enforcement in two counties responded to multiple incidents involving threats, gunfire, and a tense standoff.
The situation began Wednesday evening in southern Logan County when deputies responded to a disturbance near the intersection of Western and Simpson Road. A family member reported that 40-year-old Tony Ramos had threatened another family member, driven through the yard doing donuts, and damaged a fence.
