Stacy Lee Drake pleads not guilty to three Oklahoma murders

SALLISAW, Okla. (KNWA/KFTA) — Stacy Lee Drake, the man accused of killing three people in Oklahoma last year, has pleaded not guilty, according to court documents.

Drake, 50, faces three counts of first-degree murder, three counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, one count of possession of a stolen vehicle and one count of pattern of criminal offenses.

He is accused of killing Phillip Emerson in El Reno and Tara Underwood and Taylor Sharp in Gans. He is also accused of murdering one person in Alabama.
