A closer look into why fertility rates are dropping

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — On Thursday’s Health Check, there is a lot of talk about America’s declining birth rate.

In a new report from The Pew Charitable Trusts, the average fertility rate here in Oklahoma has dropped by over 12% since 2011. That is about 54 births per one thousand women.
