EDMOND, Okla. (KFOR) — According to court documents, 38-year-old Bobby Lee Boyd was arrested for allegedly raping an elderly woman and fellow resident of Edmond Health Care Center on 39 E. 33rd Street, Friday, July 25.
The family of the victim’s roommate in the facility tells News 4 their loved one witnessed the incident, describing the act as “horrific” and “evil.”
Myra Smith said her mother, whom their family calls “Memaw,” reported the incident to staff.
