OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – The Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) says its deputies rescued two dogs abandoned by their owners with very little food or water.
Authorities are reminding residents of the law in place Oklahoma Title §21-1691 which states, “Any person who deposits any live dog, cat, or other domestic animal along any private or public roadway, or in any other private or public place with the intention of abandoning the domestic animal upon conviction,…..
