Charges filed in deadly Harkin Theatre shooting, says Oklahoma District Attorney

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – On Friday, Oklahoma District Attorney Vicki Behenna announced the charges against Devin Stallings in connection with the June 24th Harkin Theater shooting.

According to the DA’s office, 33-year-old Stallings has been charged in the shooting death of 17-year-old Lyric Lewis and faces the following:

  • Murder in the First Degree
  • Gang-Related Offense
  • Felon in Possession of a Firearm

Additionally, DA Behenna confirmed that a 16-year-old juvenile has also been arrestedin connection with the case.

Police say, June 24, 2025, officers responded to a shooting in the 100 block of East Reno Avenue near the Harkins Theater in Bricktown. Lewis was shot in the chest and taken to the hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased.

Authorities say Stallings is currently booked at the Oklahoma County Detention Center and is being held on a $10 million bond…
