OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — A 33-year-old man has been formally charged in the June shooting death of an 18-year-old girl.
Oklahoma County District Attorney Vicki Zemp Behenna on Friday filed a first-degree murder charge against Devin Stallings. He also faces charges of a gang-related offense and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Stallings is alleged to have been involved in the shooting of Lyric Lewis on June 24 near Harkins Theatres Bricktown. She was reportedly shot in the chest and taken to the hospital in a private vehicle. She was later pronounced dead…
