OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A metro mother is left frustrated after her kindergartener was dropped off at the wrong location after school on Friday.
Class is back in session at KIPP OKC College Prep, and that means new procedures for students getting picked up by daycares or after-school programs.
Shantayah Allen, mother of 5-year-old kindergarten student, Lyfe, was left terrified after daycare staff came to pick him up from school Friday afternoon and he was nowhere to be found.
When calling the school, Allen said, “I was like, so just to clarify, you don’t have my son, like you don’t know where he’s at, and she was like, yes, to clarify, we don’t know where your son’s at.”
