OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA (KOKH) — The Oklahoma City Council has approved the use of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) funds to aid in the construction of the Clara Luper Civil Rights Center.
The center, which will be located near Northeast 23rd Street on Martin Luther King Avenue, is set to be a 17,000-square-foot facility featuring classroom spaces, an event hall, and administrative offices.
