EL RENO – The armed Yukon man who surrendered after a standoff with police last month at a Main Street motel could spend 10 years in prison if convicted of a felony crime.
Charles Russell Marshall II, age 39, was formally charged July 22 in Canadian County District Court with feloniously pointing a firearm.
