OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission on Tuesday is expected to discuss finding a replacement for its executive director, who resigned last week.
John Chancey’s resignation follows months of turmoil at the small state agency, which regulates horse racing and gaming, under the oversight of its nine-member governing board.
