The site plan for the new development including Scheels shows what appears to be BJ’s Wholesale Club.
Scheels was recently promised $8 million in incentives to build a huge 300,000 square foot store on Lake Hefner Parkway just north of Memorial Road.
The developers claimed the sporting goods giant would be a regional draw and be a catalyst for other new-to-market retailers.
Their conceptual plans show a large building with a gas station north of Scheels and the footprint and layout are almost identical to the latest BJ’s, which earlier this year announced aggressive national expansion plans…
