The Yukon City Council has approved owner Joey Morris’ request to extend a waiver of permit and development fees for construction of his proposed restaurant in Yukon.
The council voted 3-1 at their Sept. 9th meeting to keep the waiver in place through Oct. 15 for The Mule. Ward 4 Council Member Adam Shriver dissented.
The Yukon City Council, at its May 6th meeting, deferred $11,097 in development fees and $1,889 in building permit fees to allow the applicant to begin vertical construction of the new restaurant at 1651 Shedeck Circle by Aug. 31…
