Just as some residents of Yukon contend they have been kept in the dark by city leaders of plans for a $1 billion data center to be built on land sold by the city, an investigation by the Frontier finds the same is being reported across the state in other data center projects.
As the journalism group reported, “local local authorities also keep information private on which companies will run the centers and how much water and electricity they will use.”
