District Attorney says no charges will be filed in Ryan Walters TV incident after investigation

The Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday it will not file criminal charges following an investigation into allegations that inappropriate images were displayed on a television in Superintendent Ryan Walters’ office during a State Board of Education meeting in July.

The DA’s office said it reviewed the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office investigation as well as reports from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation. After the review, prosecutors determined there was insufficient evidence to support criminal charges.
