EL RENO – A former Yukon woman has pleaded guilty to felony charges for neglecting her dogs at an Okarche trailer park.
Kimberly Lashae Elston, age 28, entered the plea Sept. 18 at a hearing before District Judge Khristan K. Strubhar in Canadian County District Court. She appeared with her attorney, Zachary Ramsey.
