An Oklahoma City man is pleading for help after a hit-and-run crash on his e-bicycle. James Elix said he was hit from behind by a motorcycle last week. The driver and passenger allegedly took off before police responded to the scene in southeast Oklahoma City.
Police are investigating this as a hit-and-run, but have few leads. The report said there are no traffic cameras in the area where the crash happened last week.
