OKLAHOMA COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) – A big construction project is set for 2027 in the north metro that could cause some back-ups for quite some time.
It’s at I-35 and Waterloo Road, an area that already deals with congestion, so the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) is hoping this work will fix the issue.
The area is booming with new businesses and restaurants there, naturally adding more traffic for people who take Waterloo Road or I-35 to head south into Oklahoma County or north into Logan County…
