OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – An EMBARK driver is facing manslaughter charges after leaving the scene of a deadly collision.
According to court records, the incident happened at a bus stop near Hefner and Western on September 10. EMBARK driver Cameron Cunningham’s account said he refused to pick up a passenger, citing that he believed he was drunk.
Female body found near I-44 and Kelley, investigation underway
As Cunningham drove off, the victim fell off the curb onto the roadway, where he was run over by the bus.
Cunningham is currently facing the following charges:
- Leaving the scene of a fatality collision
- Manslaughter in the second degree
