The chief of the Luther Police Department told News 9 on Wednesday that he is grateful to be alive after he rolled his truck on the way to the scene of an accident last Saturday.
Chief Johnny Leafty said he wants his accident to be a reminder that even highly-trained drivers have to slow down and wear seatbelts.
