UPDATE (10/27/25) — State Representative Ajay Pittman (D-Oklahoma City) has been temporarily suspended from the House Democratic Caucus and all House committees following a lawsuit on fraud accusations.
Pittman is accused of fraud in the inducement, fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of contract.
