A funeral procession beginning in Oklahoma City will allow the public the opportunity to pay respects to El Reno Police Sgt. Thomas Duran, who died on Friday.
Duran was struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run on Oct. 17. The driver involved was later arrested.
