Infant Crisis Services adds extra visits for families amid government shutdown

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – With the government shutdown and SNAP benefits expected to run dry in just a few days, many Oklahomans are worried, especially those with babies and young children.

“It’s just so sad that it’s right before Thanksgiving, so it does make me want to cry, but we’ll get through it,” said Destiny Scott, Oklahoma City mother.
