EL RENO – The first of five people charged with financially taking advantage of a vulnerable Yukon senior citizen has been convicted in Canadian County District Court.
Edmond’s Rachel Elizabeth Porter, age 40, pleaded no contest Oct. 1 to felony charges of identity theft and exploitation of an elderly person or disabled adult. She received a 10-year suspended as part of a plea agreement between the defendant and prosecutors.
