OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – The Oklahoma Police Department and Animal Welfare released an update on an animal cruelty case involving a horse.
The horse’s name is Doc, and according to police and Animal Welfare, Doc was found in deplorable conditions and required immediate care.
