In Oklahoma City, the community came together to support Angelo, a young member of the OKCPD FACT program, who needed a haircut. According to the OKCPD social media update, Lt. McCullum of the OKCPD was instrumental in facilitating the connection that brought Angelo the assistance he needed. In a show of community collaboration, New Black Wall Street Cuts, a local barbershop, stepped up to the task with barber Jarmell wielding the shears to give Angelo “the perfect haircut.” The gesture provided by the community had a positive impact, benefiting residents and demonstrating neighborhood support.
