Nonprofit helping Black veterans forced to close due to state funding cuts

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A longtime Oklahoma City nonprofit that’s helped black veterans is being forced to close its doors.

The National Association for Black Veterans (NABVETS) is closing at the end of November due to funding cuts from the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
