30-year sentence recommended for man convicted of Chinese human trafficking operations in Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY (Nov. 12, 2025) – A man who was convicted last week of operating a Chinese human trafficking ring in Oklahoma City is facing 30 years in prison.

Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s Organized Crime Task Force prosecuted Baosheng Lin after an Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) investigation revealed he was trafficking Asian females at a south Oklahoma City residence. The victims flew in and out of OKC Will Rogers International Airport.

An Oklahoma County jury found Lin guilty on Nov. 6 and recommended a 30-year prison sentence. The case is the state’s first to include a certified human trafficking expert witness and the first evidence-based human trafficking case to result in a conviction by a jury…
