OKLAHOMA CITY – House Democratic Leader Cyndi Munson, D-Oklahoma City, released the following statement after the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) board voted to reject a proposed emergency rule from the Governor as an extension of his recent Executive Order 2025-16. The proposed rule sought to mandate all SoonerCare providers in Oklahoma to submit a signed attestation if they or any related entities engage in certain reproductive health practices, including referral or affiliation.
