- Plans are in motion to open a new Empire Slice Shop in the Rose Creek Shopping Center at NW 164th & N. May.
- Empire has two full-service locations, one in the Plaza District and another in downtown Edmond. They also have a Slice Shop location – with counter service – at NW 50th & May and a recently closed store in Nichols Hills.
- Empire joins Homeland, Summer Moon Coffee, Bang Cookies, and Omakase at Rose Creek. In a free-standing building along May, OKC’s first Waldo’s Chicken and Taziki’s Mediterranean will open. Homeland opened in the center a couple of years ago.
