YUKON, Okla. (KFOR) — Two skunks were found and have tested positive for rabies in Yukon, according to the City of Yukon Animal Control Facility.
The two rabies-positive skunks were found in the area of Highway 66 and Frisco Road, and South Holly and West Vandament Avenue.
Officials want to remind pet owners to make sure that all dogs, cats, horses, and ferrets are up to date on their rabies vaccinations, as it is critical to their health and is also required by law.
