EL RENO – A Great Bend, Kan. man has pleaded guilty to neglecting his three children in a court case stemming from a welfare check at a Yukon grocery store.
Damien Robert Findley, age 35, enter the negotiated plea at a Nov. 13 hearing before Canadian County District Judge Khristan K. Strubhar. He appeared with his court-appointed attorney, Zachary Ramsey.
Findley and his wife were charged Sept. 4, 2024 with six felony counts of child neglect in Canadian County District Court. The criminal case against Brianna Tess Findley, age 32, is pending…
