OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — Oklahoma Highway Patrol said troopers are expected to be okay after being hit from behind on Nov. 24 while responding to a crash on I-40 eastbound just south of SH 177.
Trooper Matthew Rackley and field training trooper Gino Marquez were parked on the shoulder with their lights on when a woman slammed into their vehicle. Oklahoma Highway Patrol said it was raining at the time of the crash, and the driver was cited for driving too fast for the conditions.
