EDMOND, Okla. (KFOR) – An Oklahoma teacher was recently awarded Teacher of the Year at her school—and now she is also winning a Pay It 4Ward award. Parents say she has a magical way of connecting with their non-verbal children in her special education classroom at Will Rogers Elementary in Edmond.
