OKLAHOMA CITY — Reductions to a child care subsidy program will remain in place for now despite a lawsuit from an advocacy group challenging the legality, an Oklahoma County judge said.
Judge Natalie Mai, at a hearing Thursday, declined to order the Oklahoma Department of Human Services to fully restore a pandemic-era child care subsidy program and said there was a lack of evidence to issue a temporary restraining order. Litigation will continue…
