LOGAN COUNTY- (KOKH) — Pamela Hiser told FOX 25 the day her husband went missing, December 11th, was like any other day.
“He told me that he was going to go shoot at the shooting range at his friend’s property,” she said. But when she kissed him as he left, she had no idea it would be the last time she’d ever see him.
