From crisis to model: Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office sets national standard

OKLAHOMA CITY – Once a failing state agency, the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office has regained full accreditation this month and is now setting a high standard for the country. It has taken the agency more than a decade of rebuilding to pass a national review.
