Police say technology helped track down suspect after deadly rampage

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – The Oklahoma City Police Department released new information on an officer-involved shooting from November. They said technology helped the department track down the suspect, Deante Hawthorne, after a deadly crime spree that led to the deaths of three people.

Police said the rampage started around 4 a.m. November 22nd, when Hawthorne reportedly shot two people, killing one of them.

Around 7:30 a.m. that morning, Moore police got another call about a man suffering from a medical episode and needing help. The man later died…
